Goldpfeil Antoine Preziuso Laether Watch GPAP 25102 White Gold 1 of 5

In the early 2000s Goldpfeil, a German leather goods brand partnered with 7 AHCI members to create a collection of unique and exclusive watches.
All 7 independent watchmakers created a unique piece which was auctioned off by Christie's after a 1-year presentation world tour and one model which was limited to 100 pieces.

In the case of Antoine Preziuso, the master behind this piece, it was a small collection of 8 different watches.
While most of them were yellow gold, 5 pieces were made in white gold, the example you can see here, being one of them. Actually number 1! - as indicated by the engraving on the left side of the case. Something only the white gold versions had.

The strap and dial were made from the same piece of leather.
A silver dial serves as a base for the leather. Also the applied logo is made out of silver.
The depth of this leather dial is incredible, it really draws you in.
While the yellow gold version had rivet head shaped hour markers, this one has 6 diamonds which serve as prominent hour markers. A perfect match for this dial.

All of 8 versions featured a lugless 18k gold case with a unique 4-piece construction and a distinctive large crown. A sapphire crystal on the back reveals the beatifully hand engraved movement with a skeleton rotor, so you can see as much of it as possible.

The watch comes on the original crocodile strap which is in very good condition as it has been worn very rarely and with the original 18k white gold buckle.
