Are the watches serviced before sale?

We thoroughly check every watch before we offer it for sale and service it if needed.If not mentioned explicitly otherwise, all our watches are good to go, don´t need a service in the next few years or have any flaws.

Do you provide original boxes and papers?

Most of our watches don´t come with box or papers.Over the years often they discentegrate, get lost during moves etc. or the original buyer didn´t even keep them because having a full set usually is only a thing for us collectors.If a watch comes with box and papers it will be clearly mentioned in the product listing.We don´t curate full sets, like many people do, as we see no point in it. If a watch comes with box and papers they are the original ones the watch came with.

Are your watches waterproof?

Water resistance of vintage watches generally can´t be guaranteed. We advise keeping them away from water, even if originally rated or just serviced and pressure tested.Water ingress is the easiest and most common way to permantantly damage hands and dial.That would be a real shame, especially when it comes to rare collectors pieces like we offer.

Can you resize bracelets?

Yes, we can resize metal bracelets before shipping. Just let us know your wrist size.

Can I request a specific strap to be put on a watch?

We don´t carry a large inventory of straps as we curate straps individually for every watch but if you see a strap on any other watch we offer, which you like better, we are happy to replace it with that.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and cash at personal deliveries/pick ups.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for customs/import taxes in their country.

What happens if a watch arrives damaged?

We package all watches with great care and actually never had a watch damaged during transport but should there be any issue with your watch at arrival, we´ll of course take responsibility and try to find the most convinient solution for you.

What is your return policy?

EU customers have a legally mandatory 14-day right to cancel.Please check our return/refund/exchange policy here.

Do you buy watches or take trades?

Yes, we buy watches. Usually we don´t do trades. If you have a watch you want to sell, please send us photos and details about the watch. We´ll get back to you soon with an offer.
