Junghans 14k Gold Dress Watch

Beautiful Junghans with 585 gold case, from the late 70s.
Saving gold was not a thought of the designers, when they designed the case, the case is solidly constructed.
It measures 33mm in width, but don't be fooled by that, because the shape makes the watch wear much larger. I would say the size is comparable to a 36 mm round watch.
The watch is in decent condition with patina on the case and dial and a few fine scratches on the case but nothing that catches the eye.
The drilled horns are a nice detail. Unusual for such an elegant watch but useful as it minimizes the risk of scratching the case when changing the strap.
The watch comes on a new, embossed cowhide strap.
